SCOUTS BSA LEADERS (not Cub Scouts) The organization "Friends of Mill Ridge Park" (FMRP) is planning a "Family Camping Day" on September 11 at the park (12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, Tennessee) to teach families about camping. The Troops of the District have been offered the opportunity to be involved in presenting campsite and camping skills at this event. To facilitate Troop involvement, we are being presented with the unique opportunity to have an overnight campout at the Park on Friday night, September 10. FMRP is offering to a Movie in the Park night that evening showing "Follow Me Boys" which will be open to the public. BEST OF ALL, THIS IS ALL FREE. With the permission of the District Key 3, I will be forming a committee for the Scouting side of this event and am seeking volunteers to help with Campsite assignment (Commissioner) Program Coordinator - to coordinate what Troop will be showing what skills Communications District Executive -
